Building on the reputation of our highly successful LoRider bogie, the LongRider is designed to fit straight into Lima class 26/27 and 33 models, which share a common chassis using 40mm wheelbase bogies. It can even be used as a tender drive unit ­ although this isn't covered in the instructions.
 
The assembled unit is an easy screw-fit into Lima¹s power-bogie moulding. With four precise fixing points, the LongRider is solid and stable and the Mashima 1420 motor gives plenty of tractive power. As with the LoRider, three gear ratios are available ­ 48:1, 36:1 and 27:1.
