The ratio of the gearbox can be changed by swapping the Stage 1 gear along with its corresponding worm type.
A finer pitch Stage 1 gear will give a slower overall speed - replacing a 15/10T gear with a 20/10T (and matching worm) would give a slower track speed. 27/10 would be even slower.
